Please follow the instructions below to register both your team(s) and players. Be sure to read carefully and enter responses for ALL items. Your registration may not be accepted without a completed form.
To begin your team registration, please sign in or create your team profile account with SportsEngine. Then, go to the bottom of this page and click "Continue."
Complete the "Team Information" section. One you complete that section, you will be asked to enter "Player Information" for every player on your roster. If your roster is not yet finalized, you should still complete this section of the registration. Do not leave it blank. You will be able to log in and edit it at any point in the future.
After entering all of the team and player information, you will be asked to "Review" your information and submit your payment.
Payment Options: In order to submit payment online, you will need to have your credit/debit card information available. *Please note that if you choose to "pay offline" and submit your registration, you will NOT be able to go back later and choose to "pay online" without having to redo the entire registration. So, please think carefully about which option you prefer.
Registering Multiple Teams: If you plan to register multiple teams (an A and B team, for example), you will have the option to "Register Another Team" after you complete the first one.
To finalize your registration, be sure to select "Submit." Once your registration is completed, a confirmation message, along with a receipt for your payment, will be sent to your email address.
